Zahara de los Atunes is not well known among sport lovers, who would probably choose one of the many other towns in the province of Cádiz to practise sport. However, all in all it does offer great opportunities for outdoor activities, at a less professional level than other places. One can swim in crystal clear waters without having to struggle against the waves, horse ride or go biking in and around the town's windswept countryside.
