Rental Conditions

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to our bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received by Tarifa Direct. A provisional booking will only be held for 5 working days. If the reservation fee is not received into the account of Tarifa Direct before the end of the 5th working day, the booking is no longer valid and other bookings will be considered.

Security Deposit: from 200€ to 500€ depending on the property.

Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable.

Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 21.00. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office.; .

Cleaning: Cleaning charges apply to all bookings of less than 7 days.

Payment : On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.

Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit.

Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs and should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit.

Animals: Are not permitted in rental properties.

Property Rules: Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Failure to do so can result in expulsion from the property without refund.
